Join Our Team! Hiring Full-Time Recovery Coordinator

HOPE in Fostoria provides prevention and recovery services in the greater Fostoria community and Seneca County.

Responsibilities: Provides recovery support services in the greater Fostoria community and Seneca County and as Lotus Recovery House Manager in Tiffin for our 2 female recovery houses. The House Manager works directly with women in recovery, providing structure and support to women seeking to establish stable long-term recovery from a substance abuse disorder. Duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining a drug-free environment, establishing a supportive relationship with residents, leading house meetings, conducting inspections, performing new resident orientation, collecting rent, supporting residents in developing recovery plans and relapse prevention plans, administering supervised drug screens and effectively handling emergency/crisis situations as they arise. Promoting recovery at the community level by participating in events and activities that provide education and awareness on recovery.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred with knowledge of substance abuse and recovery. Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of insurance. Willingness to obtain additional education related to recovery, basic first aid, and CPR. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen and be able to interact effectively with the community. Must have effective written and oral communication skills and basic computer skills. Willingness to work flexible hours including weeknights, weekends and holidays.
