The Board of Trustees for HOPE in Fostoria is pleased to announce the hiring of McKinley Armstrong and Vidalia Halbisen as our Recovery Coordinators. In these roles, McKinley and Vidalia will provide recovery support services in the greater Fostoria community and Seneca County. McKinley will oversee Phoenix Recovery House for males (opening soon) and Vidalia will oversee the Lotus Recovery Homes for females. We are excited to have them on our team!
